Here’s how to set up a workgroup

For Windows 95, 98 and ME:
Right-click on Network Neighborhood and select Properties
On the Identification tab, enter a unique name for your computer.
Also on this tab, you can (re)set the workgroup name. You can enter anything you want as a workgroup name, but all the computers on your network must share the same workgroup name.
