A Virtual Private Network (VPN) is the connection of two or more private networks across a publicly accessible network space, i.e., the Internet. It is a way of saving money while maintaining security.
If you want to set up a VPN using Windows XP and a Linksys router this article is for you. I’m sure the steps can be adapted to work with other operating systems and hardware.
